Problem
High malnutrition in infants and Lack (and high cost) of protein source in commercial food.
Solution
Cricket powder is a safe energy booster, highly nutritious, healthy, sustainable, and cost-effiecient protein source mostly preferred than meat, fish, and eggs. Production of cricket flour is climate friendly and requires less resources compared to livestock farming.
